All Around Massage Client (“we”, “our”, “us”) is provided by YUMI QUEEN PTY LTD. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when using our mobile application and related services (together, the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information when you use the App:
Account details: name, mobile phone number, email address, password hash or social login identifiers (Apple ID, Google ID).
Profile & membership data: membership level, loyalty points, voucher status, check‑in history, preferred clinics or therapists.
Booking information: selected clinic, service type, appointment date/time, special requests.
Support communications: messages you send to us via in‑app forms, email or phone.
Device & usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs and performance metrics generated automatically for diagnostics.
We do not collect sensitive health information or precise location data.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
Create and manage your account, authenticate logins (including Sign in with Apple and Google Sign‑In) and allow you to access loyalty features.
Facilitate bookings, daily check‑ins, points accrual and reward redemption.
Send important service messages such as booking confirmations, check‑in reminders or account notifications.
Personalise the experience by showing relevant promotions, points balance and membership progress.
Monitor usage, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues and improve the App.
Respond to support requests and provide customer service.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third‑party advertising.
3. Sharing of information
We only share your information with:
Service providers that help us operate the App (e.g. hosting, database, analytics, messaging). They can only use your information to perform services for us and must protect it.
Massage clinics and therapists within All Around Massage when required to confirm bookings or fulfil loyalty rewards.
Legal authorities if required to comply with law, regulations or protect our rights, users or others.
In the event of a business transfer, your information may be transferred subject to this Privacy Policy.
4. Your choices & rights
You can:
Access and update profile details within the App.
Delete stored vouchers or redeemable offers.
Request account deletion by contacting us (see section 9). When you delete your account, we remove or de‑identify personal information unless we must keep it for legal or operational reasons.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (e.g. to request copies of your data). Contact us to exercise these rights.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. Loyalty records and booking history are kept while you maintain an active membership; if you close your account we delete or anonymise data within a reasonable time unless retention is required for disputes or financial records.
6. Security
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption for data in transit, restricted access to production systems and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, so please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Children
The App is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App and on our website and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
